Rather than forcing your process to fit a standard blower configuration, Lone Star Turbo can tailor the impeller to match your exact operating requirements. By optimizing the blower for the application, we help maximize efficiency, improve performance, and deliver greater long-term value over the life of the system.

Expanded Flow Control with DT-X Technology

DT-X models use magnetic bearing technology with variable inlet and discharge guide vanes. This provides a much wider stable operating range than speed control alone. By combining speed control with variable inlet and discharge guide vanes, DT-X systems can provide stable flow and pressure control from 100% down to as low as 35% flow while maintaining a broader peak-efficiency operating area.
